2025 Annual Membership Rates

Villa Aquatic Club offers an array of spectacular annual swim memberships, and members can choose to make monthly payments on the annual dues for an unforgettable summer experience!  *All annual dues must be paid in full by June 15th.

Capital Improvement Fee

A one-time $250 capital improvement fee will be required for ALL new members joining VAC in not a resident of the University Square neighborhood (HOA).

Family Membership

$575 (Annually)

The family membership covers the head of household and (up to 8) immediate family members living in the same residence and is the only membership that allows Swim Team (mini-Gorillas & Villa Gorilla) participation for children 5-18 years of age.

Couples Membership

$445 (Annually)

This membership is designed for couple members (spouse or significant other) for the duration of the season.  Any additional attendee's outside of the registered couple will be treated as a guest and require guest fee to enter the pool.

Individual Membership

$340 (Annually)

The individual membership is designed for a single, adult to use the pool and facilities for recreational swimming/lap-lane swim.  The individual member must be 18+ years of age and any additional visitors with the member will require guest fee.

August Only - New Member

$250 -(1st Year Only)

The August-Only membership is for "New" family membership prospects.  This membership allows a family to join the pool at a reduced rate (CIF may still apply).  So if you're still on the fence about joining a pool, this is your chance!  We're sure you'll love it!
