The VAC Board members would like to invite members to the next monthly Board meeting to share information and discuss an offer that has been presented to VAC regarding purchasing the adjacent property to the pool. Click Here to view the proposal.
Since being presented with the initial offer in January, the Board has sought additional proposal to verify the market rate for the land and have narrowed the offers to a single proposal. This meeting will address the specifics of the proposal and the Board's vision of utilizing the proceeds of a land sale for a new pool house at VAC.
Please see the attached proposal for discussion and RSVP if planning to attend this meeting so we can ensure adequate space or the need for additional information sessions.
